Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all!

I’m finishing this year feeling I’ve accomplished some things that I really wanted to do. There have been some disappointments and sad times too – just like many years, in fact.

At the beginning of the year, I was making very few new lenses on Squidoo. I’d become a Giant in October 2008 by making 50+ lenses. After that I just lost inspiration for writing. I’d start a new lens, think about it, then delete it because I couldn’t think of more to write or I was bored by the subject. Deadline for Giants & Giant 100 Tomorrow

squidoo

squidoo-logoIt’s felt like a feverish 6 or 7 weeks ever since I decided to try for the Giant 100 Club halfway through May with the deadline June 30. Since then I’ve made about 30 new lenses. When I still needed to do at least 12 more to get to the 100, it felt like an impossible task but somehow I made the 100 and then more to reach 107 lenses in all.
